Tips:

• To tenderize before eating raw, strip the leaf from the stem and cut to desired size. Let it soak in warm water for 10 minutes
• To strip the leaves: hold the stem with one hand and run your other hand along the stem towards the tip of the leaf to pull it off

Storage:

• Store in the fridge
• Keep in the crisper in an enclosed but breathable container or bag
• Best used within 2 weeks
• To reverse wilting: soaking in iced water for 20 minutes
