General information
Where are your vegetables grown?
All our vegetables, fruits, and chicken eggs are produced on our farm in Mirabel. All other products are grown 100% locally in the Laurentians.
What do you produce on the farm?
We produce a wide variety of certified organic field and greenhouse vegetables. As for fruit, we produce different delicious varieties of organic watermelons.
We also have free-range laying hens that provide us with delicious fresh eggs and we produce fresh cut flowers.
Are your products certified organic?
All the vegetables and fruits grown on our farm are certified organic by Ecocert. However, our fresh eggs are not certified organic.
While we grow a wide variety of produce on our farm, we do not grow certain items like sweet corn, strawberries, apples, and mushrooms. We source these items directly from local farmers, prioritizing organic producers.
You can always find the producer's name and the item's organic certification status clearly indicated on the price tag, both in our online marketplace and in person.

What is CSA?
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between you and a local farm. By subscribing in advance for a share of the harvest, you financially support the farm at the beginning of the season—a valuable boost before the first harvest.
In return, you receive fresh, local, and seasonal produce every week, while creating a direct connection with those who grow it. It's also a great way to better understand the realities of the profession, share the ups and downs of farming, and celebrate healthy, local, and vibrant food together.
What is the benefit of becoming a member of the CSA program?
- Enjoy priority access to our fresh and diverse products through our online ordering system
- Access member-only surprise gifts (online orders only)
- Receive a discount on all 2026 season purchases according to the value of the CSA membership chosen
- Enjoy complete flexibility over the contents of your basket
- Support the farm by providing a source of financial stability at the start of the season
- Actively contribute to a more resilient, humane and environmentally friendly local agricultural system
Deadline for subscribing: May 30 2026
What selection is in a typical veggie basket?
Our baskets are 100% customizable.
Select the contents of your basket according to your taste and appetite. There is no minimum or maximum order amount.
What if I have to skip a week (holiday or otherwise)?
You can use your credits at your own pace. There are no weekly obligations; you can skip weeks without notifying us.
What happens if I haven't used all of my Tierra Viva online credits balance at the end of the season?
Online credits have no expiration date. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the balance is equal to or less than $5.
You can always use them to stock up (canning, storage vegetables, freezing) or share them with friends or loved ones by preparing a gift basket for them - a great way to share the bounty!
Any remaining credits will automatically be transferred to the next season.
The discount offered to CSA members is not transferable to future seasons.
What are the terms and conditions of Tierra Viva online credits?
- Valid for all products available on our online market, at the self-serve kiosk or at Marché Valois
