Sauteed kale with garlic




This side dish can be served with roasted chicken or slices of tofu grilled on the pan. The combinations are endless with this simple flavoured dish. Let your imagination run wild!





2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tbsp. olive oil

8 cups kale leaves without stems, chopped





  1. In a large skillet, brown garlic in oil over high heat. Add kale and sauté for 5 minutes or until leaves are al dente. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
