8 sprigs of kale leaves, without the sprigs
¼ cup nutritional yeast
¼ cup olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 275°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Shred kale leaves in a bowl. Stir in the oil and massage the leaves well so that the oil gets in. Add nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
- Place seasoned kale leaves on baking sheets and bake for 25 minutes or until cabbage is crisp.
