Kale chips

An original recipe that will certainly surprise you with its crispy texture. You can create your own seasoning. Here is a simple mix that will inspire you.

 

 

Ingredients

 

8 sprigs of kale leaves, without the sprigs

¼ cup nutritional yeast

¼ cup olive oil

salt and pepper

 

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Shred kale leaves in a bowl. Stir in the oil and massage the leaves well so that the oil gets in. Add nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
  3. Place seasoned kale leaves on baking sheets and bake for 25 minutes or until cabbage is crisp.
