This recipe from French cuisine is a sauce made with mayonnaise, fine herbs, capers, pickles and sometimes anchovy oil. We give you our way with celeriac. Give us your opinion!
Ingredients
4 cups celeriac
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. pickles, chopped
Fresh or dried coriander or parsley to taste
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve.
You can replace the sour cream with plain yogurt.
