Job opportunities 2024:
Our summer team is now complete.
We are looking for part-time workers to help us harvest asparagus. The harvest season starts around May 13 and lasts to around June 22 but, we are expecting harvest to start slightly earlier this spring due to the very warm weather we are experiencing. If you are interested in joining us, even if for a few hours a week or a only a single day, please write us an email at cinthya@tierraviva.ca. We welcome workers from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, Saturday from 3pm-5pm and Sundays from 8am-12pm. Pay starts at $15.75/hr plus access to our harvest surplus.

Please, choose the time slot of the approximate time you would like to arrive at the farm.
Volunteers are welcome to stay anytime between 8am and 4pm.
Don't forget to bring comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, a hat, a water bottle and lunch if you plan to stay with us from noon to 1pm.

April 1-7: Sowing vegetables. Preparing greenhouses for spring planting.
April 8-14: Sowing vegetables, in the nursery. Repotting seedlings in nursery. Transplanting seedlings into greenhouses.
April 15-21: Sowing vegetables, in the nursery. Repotting seedlings in nursery. Transplanting seedlings into greenhouses.
April 22-28: Sowing vegetables, in the nursery. Repotting seedlings in nursery. Transplanting seedlings into greenhouses.
April 29- May 5: Transplanting potatoes into the field. Transplanting seedlings into greenhouses.
